This Policy describes how Joestar Media ("we", "our") processes personal data on the website https://agentejoestar.vercel.app, operated by Vinícius Gontijo (Agente Joestar brand), in accordance with Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13.709/2018).

1. Who we are

2. Data we collect

  • Site browsing: IP address, browser type, pages visited, time on page, and traffic source (e.g. a Google campaign), via cookies and measurement technologies (Google Ads/gtag, Vercel Analytics).
  • WhatsApp contact: when you start a conversation with us, we process your name, phone number, and any other information you send voluntarily in WhatsApp (Meta). This site has no contact form.
  • We do not request sensitive data (health, biometrics, racial origin, etc.) through the site.

3. Purposes and legal bases

  • Responding to quote and support requests (performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps, LGPD art. 7, V).
  • Measuring campaign performance and improving the site (legitimate interest, LGPD art. 7, IX, with advertising-cookie opt-out where applicable).
  • Meeting legal obligations and resolving disputes (legal obligation, LGPD art. 7, II).

4. Sharing

  • We may share data with providers that help us operate: Vercel (hosting), Google (ad measurement), Meta/WhatsApp (messages you initiate).
  • We do not sell personal data. We share only what is needed to deliver the service or when required by law.

5. Cookies and advertising

  • We use cookies and Google Ads conversion tags to understand WhatsApp-link clicks and optimize campaigns.
  • You can manage cookies in your browser and, for Google personalized ads, at https://adssettings.google.com

6. Retention and security

  • We keep lead and commercial-conversation data for as long as needed to deliver the service, meet tax duties, and observe legal time limits.
  • We apply reasonable technical measures (HTTPS, recognized providers). No system is 100% invulnerable.

7. Your rights (LGPD)

  • You may request: confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, portability, deletion of data processed with consent, information on sharing, and withdrawal of consent.
  • Send requests to empresasjoestar@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time, as directed by Brazil’s ANPD.
  • You may also file a complaint with the National Data Protection Authority (www.gov.br/anpd).

8. Children and adolescents

  • The site and services are aimed at companies and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
